Established February 2019
Eternal Design and Build Ltd was established in February 2019 and works from Edgware, Greater London, on residential construction and refurbishment across the capital and into Hertfordshire.
The company specialises in high-end and prime residential work: complete refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, basement construction and technically complex building projects, together with planned and reactive building maintenance.
Eternal is led by Prakash Choudhary MCIOB, a Chartered Builder and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, who has worked in construction since 2009 — more than fifteen years of industry experience. The company has worked on more than 300 properties across London, and the largest single project it has delivered to date was worth £1.6 million.
Our clients are private homeowners and their architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, structural engineers and contract administrators, alongside landlords, managing agents and property portfolio owners.

Prakash Choudhary MCIOB

Prakash founded Eternal Design and Build Ltd in February 2019 and has worked in the construction industry since 2009. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
His experience covers construction management and residential refurbishment, structural works and basement projects, extensions and high-end finishing, together with the coordination of directly employed trades, specialist subcontractors and the wider consultant team. Day to day, each project is run by the company’s project managers and site managers.
Chartered status
Chartered professionalism at the centre of every project.
Chartered status is held by the company’s director, Prakash Choudhary, as a Chartered Builder and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. It reflects assessed professional competence in construction management, adherence to the Institute’s code of conduct, accountability, and a requirement for continuing professional development.
It is a statement about professional standing. It is not, and should not be read as, an endorsement, approval, warranty or guarantee by the Institute of any particular project.
Scope and boundaries
Eternal carries out construction works and manages the site. Structural design, temporary works design, waterproofing design, geotechnical work, heritage and conservation advice and planning applications are by the appointed consultants and specialists for each project. We build to those designs, and we raise anything on site that appears to depart from them rather than proceeding and asking later.
No membership, registration or accreditation of itself provides a warranty, guarantee, approval or insurance unless a specific warranty product has been purchased and issued in writing.

- Prakash Choudhary is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and a Chartered Builder. Membership no. 7016119.
- Federation of Master Builders
- Member no. 130807. Membership includes an inspection of our work and a commitment to the FMB Code of Conduct.
- TrustMark
- A TrustMark Registered Business, through the Federation of Master Builders. TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme for work in and around the home.
- CHAS
- CHAS Elite and CHAS Standard certification, membership no. 182290. SSIP approved as both Principal Contractor and Contractor under the CDM Regulations.
- Considerate Constructors Scheme
- Registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, organisation ID C03709.
- FENSA
- FENSA registration no. 43621. Assessed as competent to self-certify replacement windows, doors, roof windows and rooflights in existing homes.
- InstallSure
- A member of the InstallSure insurance-backed guarantee scheme, no. 21995, for window and door installations notified through FENSA.
- Environment Agency
- Registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer. Registration no. CBDU629232.
