When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, telephone number, property address and project information you provide, together with any drawings or specifications you attach.

We do not use tracking or profiling cookies unless you accept them. Where analytics are enabled, a cookie banner is shown and nothing is set until you accept.

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation or tender, to administer a contract, and to keep the records a construction contract requires.

Consent for enquiry correspondence, the performance of a contract where one is entered into, and our legitimate interests in keeping project records and complying with construction and health and safety obligations.

We share information with the consultants and specialist subcontractors appointed on your project only where it is necessary for the works, and with our accountants, insurers and professional advisers where required. We do not sell data.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records are kept for the period required by the contract, by our insurers and by statute, including limitation periods for construction defects.

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@eternaldesignandbuild.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
