Builders in Belgravia

The housing stock

Cubitt's white stucco terraces and the mews behind them, held largely on estate leaseholds.

Planning context

Listed status is widespread and the estate's own licence to alter usually runs alongside the statutory consents. We build to the consents obtained by your design team, and we raise anything on site that appears to depart from them rather than proceeding and asking later.

What we typically do here

Listed refurbishment, structural alteration, basement works and specialist finishing.
