Builders in Highgate
High-end residential construction, refurbishment and maintenance in Highgate, from a builder led by a Chartered Builder, based a short drive away in Edgware.
The housing stock
Georgian houses around the village, large Victorian villas on the slopes, and modernist stock on the Highgate estates.
Planning context
One of London's most tightly controlled conservation areas, with a high concentration of listed buildings and steep, wooded sites. We build to the consents obtained by your design team, and we raise anything on site that appears to depart from them rather than proceeding and asking later.
What we typically do here
Whole-house refurbishment, basement construction, structural alteration and heritage-sensitive external work.
