Scope
The scheme comprises four residential units in total: one studio, one one-bedroom flat and two two-bedroom flats. Works included extensions, a loft conversion, a new roof, new kitchens and bathrooms to each unit, full internal refurbishment and a new-build outbuilding.
Delivery
Multi-unit work rewards repetition. Bathrooms, kitchens and services were standardised across the units where the layouts allowed, procured in one package and installed as a rolling sequence rather than unit by unit.
