Scope
The flat was stripped back and completely renewed, with a full internal fit-out throughout. Bespoke joinery was fitted to the living room as alcove shelving, a panelled chimney breast and a run of cabinetry, and to the primary bedroom as a panelled headboard wall.
Site context
The flat sits on a main high street above shops. Access, deliveries, waste removal and working hours all had to be planned around the businesses below and the traffic outside, with no scope for a site compound at street level.
