Scope
Both flats were fully stripped and refitted: six new bathrooms in total, two new kitchens, new electrical and plumbing installations throughout, and bespoke joinery to six bedrooms.
Materials and finishes
Herringbone flooring runs through the principal spaces of both apartments, set out from the room rather than the door so that the pattern reads correctly across the plan.
Delivery
Working in a managed block means working to somebody else’s rules: agreed working hours, protected common parts, booked lifts and controlled deliveries. Both flats were run as one site with a shared protection and waste strategy.
